What should I prepare?

  • Set the intention in your daily practice in a short meditation for the session. Enjoy a walk in nature, a swim or a breath work practice before the session.
  • Eat lightly  and stay free from substances and alcohol.
  • Be clear with a maximum of 3 questions to pose during the session related to your intention.
